✨ Business Hours & Communication

• Business hours for replies are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. These hours are for communication only and are not my photography availability. Subject to change.

• Please allow 24–72 business hours for replies. Response times may vary depending on sessions, work, school, or family commitments.

• I do not regularly respond to business messages on weekends after 12:00 PM, holidays, vacations, or during family time unless it is an urgent matter.

• Please contact me only through my business page, website, or approved business contact methods. Messages sent to personal social media accounts or Via text message may be missed.

• Some social media posts are scheduled in advance. A scheduled post does not mean I am currently available or online.

• Please do not claim sessions in the comments of posts. All bookings must be made through direct message or my website booking system.

📅 Booking & Scheduling

• Booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance is highly recommended, especially during busy seasons.

• Session dates are not reserved until the required retainer has been received.

• Session dates offered but not confirmed within 24 hours may be released to another client.

• Contracts are required for all sessions.

• Bundle clients are responsible for scheduling milestones, senior, maternity, newborn, and mini sessions before deadlines.

• Mini session bundle holders must book using the posted booking links when sessions are announced. Spots are not automatically reserved. If you skip a mini, no-show, or cancel a mini included in your mini bundle, that is not subject to rescheduling.

• Once a bundle has been started, it is non-transferable to another client.

• Website booking is encouraged whenever available.

• Bundle sessions are non-transferable. Bundles are valid only for the individual or immediate family they were purchased for and cannot be transferred, shared, sold, gifted, or exchanged for another person or family. Unused sessions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for credit or refunds.

Please book your session as early as possible. Waiting until the last minute often means my schedule is already full. Once my calendar is complete, I am unable to add extra openings, extend my availability, or squeeze in additional sessions. While I understand last-minute needs do happen, I unfortunately cannot make exceptions due to my existing bookings and workload.

💲 Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve every session.

• Remaining balances are due one week before your scheduled session, unless otherwise stated in your contract. If these are not paid on time, your session is subject to cancellation.

• Wedding balances are due according to your wedding contract.

• No same-day payments will be accepted unless previously approved.

• Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and cash (exact change only and must meet at an in-person, equally convenient location).

• Personal checks are not accepted.

• All payments made are non-refundable due to the time reserved, preparation, scheduling, and business expenses associated with your session.

📆 Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

• General sessions require at least 48 hours' notice to request a reschedule.

• Rescheduled sessions are moved to the next available opening and do not take priority over newly booked sessions.

• Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require a new retainer. (This is subject to happen after the first reschedule or cancellation is not met)

• Mini sessions cannot be rescheduled due to limited availability, set-up time, tear-down time, and set-up costs unless canceled by the photographer.

• Weather-related cancellations determined by the photographer will be rescheduled without penalty.

• No-call/no-shows automatically forfeit all payments made. (If I do not hear from you withing 10/15minutes of being late, you are considered a no-show and your appointment will be forfeited without refund)

• Arriving excessively (10+ minutes) late without communication will be considered a no-show.

• Same-day cancellations may also be treated as a no-show.

• Clients with repeated no-shows or cancellations may be declined future services. (3)

📸 Session Policies

• Please arrive on time and fully ready for your session.

• Time spent changing outfits or getting ready counts toward your scheduled session time.

• Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. This will cut into your session time or could forfeit your session, depending on how late you are.

• Personal props are welcome. (If possible, let the photographer know in advance)

• Pets are welcome when appropriate for the session location. (Not in the studio unless it is a service animal)

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session.

• Clients are responsible for communicating any must-have poses, groupings, or important images before or during the session.

• Certain session types may include preparation guides that should be followed before your appointment.

❤️ Health & Safety

• Please do not attend your session if you or anyone attending is sick or has recently been exposed to a contagious illness. Please reach out in advance to reschedule.

• Outdoor sessions may be postponed for severe weather at the photographer's discretion.

• Clients should notify the photographer before booking of any accessibility needs, medical concerns, allergies, or accommodations that may affect the session. I want to make sure your session is a seamless experience.

• Clients are responsible for providing food items used during sessions, including cakes, fruit, or similar items, due to allergy concerns.

🖥 Editing & Artistic Style

• All images are edited in Endless Colors Artistry's signature editing style.

• Clients are encouraged to review my portfolio before booking to ensure my editing style matches their expectations.

• The photographer selects all final edited images delivered.

• RAW or unedited images are never released.

• Not every image or pose captured during the session will be included in the final gallery.

• Basic retouching is included when appropriate.

• Extensive Photoshop requests, body reshaping, object removal, or major edits may be available for an additional fee.

• Requests for additional edits may extend turnaround times.

• Refunds or re-edits will not be provided due to personal preference regarding editing style.

• Clients may not apply filters, heavily crop, or re-edit delivered images.

⏳ Turnaround Times

• General session turnaround time is approximately 1–3 weeks.

• Wedding galleries are delivered according to the timeline outlined in your wedding contract.

• Sneak peeks are not guaranteed except where included by contract or at the photographer's discretion.

• Turnaround times may vary due to illness, emergencies, weather delays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

Gallery Delivery

• Online galleries remain available for 30 days from delivery.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all images before the gallery expires.

• Endless Colors Artistry does not guarantee long-term storage of client galleries or raw images.

• Expired galleries may not be recoverable and, if available, may require an additional archival fee.

• The photographer is not responsible for lost images after gallery expiration.

• Screenshots and downloads from social media significantly reduce image quality. Please download directly from your gallery for best results.

• Endless Colors Artistry is not responsible for poor-quality prints ordered through third-party labs.

🚗 Travel & Additional Fees

• Sessions outside the included travel area may require a travel fee. (anything outside of St. Joseph, MO.)

• Admission fees, parking fees, permits, venue fees, rental fees, and similar expenses are the client's responsibility.

• Additional charges may apply for rush editing, extra images, extensive retouching, additional locations, holiday sessions, or extended session times.

🛡 Liability

• While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, clients participate in sessions at their own risk.

• Endless Colors Artistry is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, lost or stolen property, weather-related issues, or circumstances beyond the photographer's control.

• In the rare event of equipment failure, technical issues, theft, or unforeseen circumstances resulting in image loss, liability is limited to a rescheduled session or refund at the photographer's discretion.

🤝 Respect Policy

• Respectful communication is expected from both the photographer and clients.

• Harassment, abusive behavior, threats, repeated boundary violations, or inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation of services without refund and refusal of future bookings.

• These policies exist to provide the best experience possible for every client while protecting the photographer's time, family, and business.

• Please respect the photographer's time. The time I take to make magical family memories does take time away from my own family, so please be conscious of this.

⏱️ Session Time & Extensions

• Session times begin at the scheduled appointment time and end at the conclusion of the purchased session length.

• Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early whenever possible so your full session time can be used for photographing rather than preparing.

• Time spent changing outfits, fixing hair or makeup, tending to children or infants (including feeding, soothing, or diaper changes), walking between locations, or setting up personal props is included within your scheduled session time unless otherwise stated.

• Sessions are carefully scheduled to respect the time of all clients. Because of this, sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival or delays beyond the photographer's control.

• If additional time is requested and the photographer's schedule allows, extra time may be purchased at the current hourly or half-hourly rate. Availability for extensions is not guaranteed.

• Clients who continue photographing beyond their scheduled session time without prior approval may be charged for the additional time.

• The photographer reserves the right to conclude the session once the scheduled session time has ended to maintain the day's schedule.

Availability: While I do my best to accommodate everyone, I cannot guarantee last-minute bookings, reschedules, or additional editing requests due to my schedule. Please plan ahead whenever possible.
