Turnaround Times


• General session turnaround time: 1–4 weeks.


• Not all sessions will receive preview images.




Weddings:


• Full gallery delivered within 2–3 months.


• A preview gallery of 5–20 images will be sent within 24–72 hours.




• Turnaround time may change in the event of emergencies or technical issues.


• Any edits or re-edits requested will reset the turnaround time and are not considered priority.


• Gifted extra images may extend delivery time beyond the initial estimate.


• If you request a turnaround estimate, please note that estimates are not guarantees.


• The maximum turnaround time for general sessions is 5 weeks, unless otherwise discussed or in the event of emergencies or technical difficulties.




Booking, Deposits & Payments




• All sessions require a deposit. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking to reserve your session date.


• Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your session balance.




Accepted payment methods:


Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Facebook Pay, and cash (exact change only).




• The remaining balance must be paid before your session begins, or your session will be canceled.


• All sales must be paid in full and are non-refundable.


• Checks are not accepted.




Session Day Policies




• Please arrive on time. Sessions delayed more than 15 minutes may be canceled and may not be rescheduled.


• One reschedule due to tardiness may be allowed at the photographer’s discretion. After that, a new deposit will be required.




• Clients must notify the photographer at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule.




• Please do not attend your session if you are sick or have been exposed to illness. With proper notice, you will have the option for one reschedule.




• Clients are responsible for informing the photographer before the session of any “must-have” poses or shots they would like captured.




• Personal props are welcome.


• Pets are welcome.




• Certain sessions may require prep guides. Please review and follow them if provided.




Health & Safety




• Please notify the photographer if you are sick or have been exposed to illness.




• Clients must notify the photographer at the time of booking if there are any health concerns that could affect the session experience.




• The photographer will not be held responsible for any incident, injury, death, loss, or near miss that may occur during the session.




Editing & Delivery




• The photographer chooses the final images delivered in the gallery.


• RAW files will not be released.


• Not every pose or variation taken during the session will be included in the gallery.




• Images will be edited in Endless Colors Artistry’s signature style.




• Clients may not alter images (including cropping, re-editing, or applying filters).




• Re-edits due to photographer error will be corrected within reason.




• Special editing requests (such as slimming, retouching, etc.) may incur an additional fee.




• Requests for black & white or sepia images must be made before the session.




• Client galleries expire after 30 days. Images cannot be re-sent after the gallery expires.




Modeling & Mini Sessions




• Model sessions include a Discounted setting fee and no promised amount of complimentary edited images.




• Any additional costs such as travel, parking, or entry fees must be covered by the modeling party if applicable.




• Model sessions and gifted sessions from the photographer are not priority and may exceed standard turnaround times.




• Mini sessions will be seasonal or tied to special sales or promotions.




• During mini session events, general session turnaround times may vary.




Client Responsibilities & Expectations




• Clients must notify the photographer of medical or accessibility needs prior to the session.




• Client cooperation is essential. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of communication or client cooperation.




• The photographer’s creative direction and editing style are final.




• Refunds will not be issued due to differences in artistic preference.




• Loss of images due to circumstances outside the photographer’s control (including theft, equipment damage, or technical issues) will not be held against the photographer. A reshoot will be offered in such cases.




• Clients may not demand a reshoot unless a major error occurred.( please acknowledge I am not a trained professional and only a hobbyist photographer learning on my own as I go and grow)




• Clients agree to assist in obtaining requested photos (for example, group arrangements or setups).




Miscellaneous




• Clients must reimburse travel, parking, or related expenses for sessions outside St. Joseph, Missouri.




• Cash tips are appreciated but non-refundable.




• The photographer communicates and books only through the official business page. (please do not reach out on other platforms or pages other than my business page to avoid getting lost in my personal content)




• By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and accept all policies and terms listed above.


The photographer will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or any other out of the norm occurrence during your photoshoot.
